Shipping Policy

On average you should expect your Carved Wood Sign order to ship within 10 business days from the time that you pay for your order and approve your proof. However, due to large order volumes (Christmas), weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We ship exclusively with UPS and offer most of their shipping choices because we are located in Minneapolis, MN, and each coast is 4 days by UPS ground. 90% of our orders ship ground as the art, personalization and custom carving can take 10 days to two weeks, regardless.

We do not mark up the UPS charges at all. We do add a small fee for the cost of the box, packing materials and the labor for the handling of the packaging. As always, we guarantee you will love your House Sign! If not, we will promptly refund your money (although we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right first) and you can use it for kindling!
