All of our signs in wood are crafted from Real Western Red Cedar with beautiful, fine-grained fiber and very tight knots - if at all. Signs 11" tall or less are carved from 3/4" Cedar, and the signs taller than 11" are carved from 1-1/4" laminated (like a butcher block or a bowling alley lane) Cedar for additional strength and stability.
