They are a mixture of long, narrow cedar sizes to suit the many applications down at the County Road where the turn off is onto the private lane for half a dozen lake homes and cabins.

All of our carved wood signs are crafted from Real Western Red Cedar with beautiful, fine-grained fiber and very tight knots - if at all. When we craft signs that are 11" tall or less, we engrave them from 3/4" Cedar, and the signs taller than 11" are custom made from 1-1/4" laminated (like a butcher block or a bowling alley lane) Cedar for additional strength and stability. Our hand-crafted, engraved wood signs will keep their warm colors ranging from mellow amber, reddish cinnamon, and rich sienna browns if you refresh the original cedar oil-based finish with our exclusive Cedar Finish Refresher.
