Great Experience, Great Crafstmanship November 18, 2024 Reviewer: Mila from Ontario, Canada   From start to finish, the process of having my custom sign designed, created, and shipped to my home were a breeze. Thom is always in contact to let you know the steps he is taking and keeps the customer's preferences in mind. He answered all of my questions and really ceated a LOVELY sign for my sister's bakery. Exactly what I wanted! March 13, 2020 Reviewer: Leinen from Minneapolis, MN United States   The sign was exactly what I wanted and the design was amazing.  It was also very fast -- I had the sign in my hands within five days of placing the order online.  My only complaint is that the pricing was not very clear.  They kind of leave it up to you to decide what kind of sign you're ordering (silhouette, drawing, custom drawing, etc) so I'm not really sure if I overpaid or not. It would have been nice if the cost had been confirmed before the sign was made (although I didn't ask, and I probably should have).  Otherwise I am very satisfied. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent service January 7, 2019 Reviewer: Donna from Hawley, MN United States   I had the pleasant surprise to receive my order much sooner than I expected - I was able to give the sign as a christmas gift even though Thom advised me it may not be possible due to my late order. Quality, great-looking sign December 13, 2017 Reviewer: Marina K.ITMAN from Boston, MABOXBOROUGH, MA United States   I'm a returning customer, ordered a big sign a few years back and was very happy with the outcome. This year I wanted to create a sign to dress up our living room in the lake house. Just like the last time, the sign came out great and looks fabulous. The only problem I had this time around is lack of communication and updates on the status of the order. Multiple emails were unanswered and call wasn't returned. It is always a concern when you need the merchandise by certain date, but worked out just fine at the end. Thank you for your hard work and creativity, will order from you again.
